Before providing flexibility services to distribution system operators (DSOs) through ElectronConnect, you will need to register your organisation as a flexibility service provider (FSP) on the platform.
If you are a distribution system operator (DSO) or grid operator interested in using ElectronConnect, please contact the Electron team for more information.
1. Navigate to ElectronConnect and select “Register”.
2. Select the check box to confirm you represent an organisation that can provide flexibility services via ElectronConnect and click “Proceed”.
3. Provide an email address, create a password, and click "Continue".
4. Add your company information in the form, ensuring you have completed all mandatory fields.
5. Confirm the terms of use policy and submit your application.
6. If you are not authorised to accept the "Terms of Use", please select the appropriate field and provide the contact information of the individual who is authorised to do so.
7. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email to complete registration along with instructions for the next steps.
