How to submit an offer

Using ElectronConnect to submit offers as a flexibility service provider

Flexibility service providers (FSPs) can use ElectronConnect to view and submit offers.

To submit an offer:

1. Navigate to the β€œAsset Operations” page.

2. Submit offers by choosing between:

a) Generate a Pre-Filled Offer Template (recommended):

This will pre-fill the offer submission template with all possible offers for requirements in bidding open, for assets that are technically qualified for those markets.

Note: Your asset will not appear in this template if it is already contracted for a requirement with overlapping service windows.

OR

b) Complete a blank Offer Submission Template by selecting "CSV template"

Tip: Use the Offer Submission Guidance File for support with populating the Offer Submission Template.

3. Following the guidance file, fill out the offer template and save it as a CSV file.

4. Click β€œSelect or drop file” to select and import your CSV file.

5. If you're happy with your offers, select "Submit offers." If you would like to restart the process, click the bin icon to select a different file.

6. You will see confirmation that your submission is successful at the top of the page.

CSV error messages

You may see an error message if the upload was unsuccessful, detailing the row and description of the error.

1. To see more details about the error, click to expand the row.

2. Edit the CSV file to correct the errors and re-upload the file.
