How DSOs can update the status and network location of a group member

A guide for market operators on how to update the status and network location of a group member

Market operators can update the status of group members via API or in bulk simply by uploading a CSV to the platform.

To update group members through the platform:

  1. Go to the Group Members page and open the expandable Group Member Management section.

  2. Download the CSV template, and the guide for how to fill it in to update the group member status. In the CSV file, you will need to include:

    • Group Member Name

    • Provider Name

    • Status

    • Reason (optional)

    • Network Locations (optional)

  3. Upload the file to ElectronConnect and submit. When successful, the table will update with the group members status, reason, and network locations.
