Before group members can be aggregated into groups to participate in markets, they need to be verified. In other words, the market operator needs to confirm that they exist on the network.
Each of the group members uploaded to ElectronConnect will be allocated a status. Only market operators can update the status of a group member.
If you have any questions on the status of an asset contact [email protected].
The group member statuses:
Pending: When you upload your group members to the platform, you will see this status while you wait for your market operator to verify them.
Approved: This means that the group member can be linked to any group in the same network location.
Rejected: This means that your group member cannot verify the group member on its network so the group member cannot be linked to a group - or will be unlinked from a group that it’s already a part of.
TO NOTE: If your group member’s location doesn’t match the group, your asset will be unlinked from the group - even if your group member was approved. The “Approved” status refers to the verification that your asset is on the network, rather than confirmation of its location.
