Once you've uploaded your assets to ElectronConnect, you can easily keep the asset list up to date.
To participate in a market and submit an offer, you'll need to upload your asset(s) to ElectronConnect. Learn more about how to register new assets.
Managing your assets
How to search for an asset
Navigate to the “Asset Management” page.
2. A list of your registered assets will appear.
3. Use the search bar to search for a specific asset. As you type, the list will update to show all matching assets.
How to edit an asset
Note: You can only edit and delete assets if they have not been technically qualified for a market.
Navigate to the Asset Management page.
2. Select the icon on the left of the table to view and edit the asset.
3. Expand the sections to find the fields you wish to edit.
4. Make the necessary edits to the selected asset.
If you wish to save your changes, select the "Save changes" button.
If you wish to cancel the changes, select the "Back" button.
5. Confirmation the asset has been edited successfully will appear at the top of the page.
Note: To edit multiple assets, you must select each asset individually, make the necessary changes, and save before moving on to the next asset.
How to delete an asset
1. On the left hand side of the Manage Assets table, select the tick box of the asset you wish to delete.
2. Select the "Delete Selected" button.
NOTE: When an asset is deleted, it is permanently removed from our system and cannot be retrieved or restored. We recommend reviewing all data before proceeding with deletion to ensure that no critical information is lost.
3. Confirmation the selected asset(s) have successfully deleted will appear at the top of the page.
