Once you've uploaded your assets to ElectronConnect, you can easily keep the asset list up to date.
To participate in a market and submit an offer, you'll need to upload your asset(s) to ElectronConnect. Learn more about how to register new assets.
Managing your assets
How to search for an asset
Navigate to the “Asset Management” page.
2. A list of your registered assets will appear.
3. Use the search bar to search for a specific asset. As you type, the list will update to show all matching assets.
How to edit an asset
Note: You can only edit and delete assets if they have not been technically qualified for a market.
Navigate to the Asset Management page.
2. If the asset is editable, there will be a pen icon on the left of the list.
3. Select the pen icon for the asset you wish to edit.
4. Make the necessary edits to the selected asset. The save icon and the cancel icon (left facing arrow) will appear to the left of the asset information upon editing.
If you wish to cancel the changes select the cancel icon.
If you wish to save the changes select the save icon
5. Confirmation the asset has been edited successfully will appear at the top of the page.
Note: To edit multiple assets, you must select each asset individually, make the necessary changes, and save before moving on to the next asset.
How to delete an asset
On the left hand side of the Asset Management page, select the tick box of the asset you wish to delete.
2. Select "Delete".
NOTE: When an asset is deleted, it is permanently removed from our system and cannot be retrieved or restored. We strongly recommend reviewing all data before proceeding with deletion to ensure that no critical information is lost.
3. Confirmation the selected asset(s) have successfully deleted will appear at the top of the page.
